Lindsay Lohan Net Worth

The beautiful and controversial actress and singer Lindsay Dee Lohan, better known as Lindsay Morgan Lohan started her modeling career when she was just three years old. In 1998, when she was only 11 years of age, Lohan landed her first role in Disney’s remake of “The Parent Trap”, and from that moment on Lohan’s career skyrocketed and she appeared in a large number of series and films such as “Mean Girls”, “Freaky Friday”, and “Herbie: Fully Loaded” among several others.

However, despite being so successful, Lohan has had a lot of ups and downs throughout her career, she’s been involved in a lot of scandals, and everyone knows about the excesses in her personal life. Her problems have not only interfered with her work, but they have also cost her millions of dollars in expenses due to her constant visits to rehab, bail money, and personal luxuries.

I think it’s worth mentioning that Lindsay has starred in several box office hits that have earned her a lot of money and recognition as an actress as well. For example, “The Parent Trap” earned $92 million worldwide, and it also earned her a Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a Feature Film back in 1998 when the film was released. “Freaky Friday” was her most successful film ever, it earned $160 million worldwide, and it also earned her an MTV Movie Award and two Teen Choice Awards back in 2004. “Mean Girls” earned $129 million worldwide, and it also earned her two more Teen Choice Awards and two MTV Movie Awards in 2005. And, let’s not forget that “Herbie: Fully Loaded” earned $144 million worldwide, so yes, Lohan has had success, but unfortunately she has not been able to stay on track due to her personal issues.

Her financial problems are known to everyone, not only because fellow actors like Ashton Kutcher and Charlie Sheen have stated in the past that they loaned her a considerable amount of money that she never paid back, but also because she once went into a store and tried to pay $300 dollars worth of clothes and all her credit cards were denied. And, even though she denied it, rumors had it that her ex personal assistant Matt Harrell quit his job because she couldn’t afford to pay for his salary.

Lindsay Lohan is a talented artist, she’s a great actress, and she has also had success as a singer, in fact, back in 2004 when she made her debut as a singer she made it to the 4th spot on the Billboard 200 chart with “Speak”. Not to mention that her second album “A Little More Personal (Raw)” peaked at number 20 on the Billboard 200 chart and it was certified gold by the RIAA. Lohan also has her own clothing line, a self tanning spray, and she is an artistic adviser for Emanuel Ungaro.

In recent years Lohan has landed several interesting gigs that have allowed her to make a lot of money, in 2012 she was featured in Playboy Magazine, according to Hugh Hefner, Lindsay’s issue broke all record sales, and earned her $1 million dollars. In 2013, she was a guest star in an episode of Charlie Sheen’s Anger Management and she was also invited to the Chelsea Lately show. Additionally, she starred in an 8 part docu-series called “Lindsay” on Oprah Winfrey’s OWN cable network, which according to several sources earned her over $2 million for sharing her life and work after leaving rehab.
