ASAP Rocky Net Worth 2014 – 2015: $8 Million

Rakim Mayers, better known as A$AP Rocky is one of the hottest new rappers in the game, he bursted into the hip hop scene just a couple of years ago, in 2011 he released his debut mixtape “Live. Love. ASAP” and thanks to its huge success he instantly signed a $3 million dollar record deal that was offered to him by Polo Grounds Music, Sony Music Entertainment, and RCA Records. In 2013 he finally released his first major studio album titled “Long. Live. ASAP”, which included popular songs such as “Goldie” and “F Problems”, the album received positive reviews and it even debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart.

ASAP is currently one of my favorite rappers, in fact, he’s actually one of the few new hip-hop artists who’s actually worth listening to, his style is very particular, is his own, he has been able to create something that is unique, original and always interesting, that’s why fans love to watch him perform either live or in videos, not to mention that everyone loves his songs.

Rakim became rich rapping, most of his money comes from his work as a hip-hop artist, that includes live presentations, album sales, digital downloads, merchandising, etc. His first deal was a $3 million dollar contract with Polo Grounds Music, but apparently most people think that he hasn’t made more money since then, they are so wrong.

Please answer me this question, do you really think that A$AP hasn’t been able to make more money since the year 2011? Oh, c’mon, give me a break! Mayers is constantly appearing in new videos and collaborating with some of the biggest names in the industry, and let me tell you something, those videos and songs in which he has appeared represent ongoing royalties for life, plus he’s always on tour performing live, and guess what? Those live presentations represent money flowing into ASAP’s pockets and bank accounts as well, so there you go.

But, how much is ASAP Rocky really worth? Well, according to several online media outlets and magazines Rakim Mayers has an estimated net worth of $3 million, however, after making our own calculcations and taking into account his most recent work and earnings, we have come to the conclusion that he has a fortune of $8 million dollars approximately.

Forbes Magazine has not included A$AP in their popular Hip-Hop’s Cash Kings list yet, but I’m pretty sure that he will get there very soon, in fact, Forbes has already published articles about him, in which they mentioned that he earned an estimated $5 million this year, mostly from live shows and a juicy endorsement deal with Adidas.

  1. Well I just seen a interview with Wiz and ASAP and rocky said he had to let his hair grow out because he didnt have ENOUGH money to afford a tour stylist. Now is that because he cant afford it. Or is it because he thinks he can style himself better than a paid assistant
